As an independent consultant I aim at giving your management team total peace of mind regarding Facility Management, so that your managers can fully focus on the core activities of your organization.My focus is on: • Supporting the core business of your organization, with the aim of + ensuring infrastructure (= long-term FM) + ensuring facility services (= medium & short term FM) + aligning all facility activities with your company's strategic plan (strategic FM) • Improving the working environment with the aim of + aligning the workplace design with the needs of your employees and organization (activity-based design) + improving the employee experience + increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness • Advising and supporting your management team with regard to + trends in Facility Management, including workplace management + legal obligations (technical inspections, environmental permit, … + budget monitoring (OPEX and CAPEX)My approach to achieving results follows these steps: • Together with your management team I define the demand for infrastructure and facility services, aligned with the business strategy and based on an assessment of the as-is and to-be situation; this assessment can have a technical, organizational, legal or other framework • Subsequently, I provide the necessary infrastructure and facility services through in or outsourcing and project management and I monitor the implementation and delivery of services and activities • Finally, I stay on top of things in order to be able to switch quickly in the event of changes in the strategy or in the core business, in such a way that infrastructure and / or facility services always optimally match the needs of the companyIf you want to know more, contact me at luc@smet.works or +32 475 904030
