We are a wellness and nutrition center that focuses on two areas:1. Nutrition in health through the life cycle, disease and weight management2. Substance addiction treatment centerWe educate, using evidence based approaches and knowledge, provide actionable advise and impart health promotion skills to support a sustainable lifestyle in health and disease.We provide in office, on site and virtual consultancy in nutrition and substance addiction for individuals, doctors, institutions such as hospitals , schools, and corporate wellness for insurance companies. Our core team constitutes two nutritionists, a substance addiction treatment counselor , a public health practitioner, and a diabetic nurse.Our corporate wellness program aims to promote employee health and lower health costs through the way of :health educationscreenings for non communicable diseases provision of wellness content for company newsletters training on work place health model/s drug refillscompilation of medical reports on chronic care patients and facilitation of employee sport, recreational and team building events.We also offer dental services.
