Ayub Kato, a co-founder, after having held different guest service and customer service positions in different parts of the world, including Uganda, Mexico, Kenya, USA, Rwanda, Tanzania, Togo, Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone and The Gambiawith great success in all these countries, there was an intense need in Uganda to improve our hospitality and customer service industry.
