Focused primarily on the North Carolina market, Smith and Madison work with several companies in the industries of Technology, Accounting & Finance, and Business Operations. Kristynna Smith and Julia Madison founded the company after several conversations with entrepreneurs revealed serious challenges faced when recruiting for quality candidates that meet necessary skill sets for various positions. Many managers complained that it was extremely expensive and difficult to find new employees that met their expectations. As a result, Kristynna and Julia founded their own company to address exactly this issue. By identifying key requirements of each job role and learning the cultural background of each company, Kristynna and Julia carefully started building a database with candidates that obtained the various skill sets necessary to match client needs.
