Trained in Kentucky and competing on a well known BBQ team from Tennessee in the "Super Bowl of BBQ " Memphis in May BBQ Competition, as well as having food concessions in PNC Bank Arts Center and several NY and NJ local festivals, we thrive on serving some of the best BBQ / Cajun fusion this side of the Mason-Dixon line.
