SMS Studios & Photography was started in 1997. It is operated and maintained by fine art photographer, Stacy Michelle Smith. She began photography at a very young age when she would follow her father around on his excursions and adventures. That is where she developed the love of photographing textures and patterns in nature. She likes to create images of nature's brilliant hues focusing on creation's tiniest portraits. Her photography has shifted in recent months to focus more on nature, particularly flowers. Stacy finds great wonder in the minute details of each individual bloom. Every petal, pistil, anther, and leaf is unique. The patterns, textures, and colors are always mesmerizing and captivating.
