SMSS EUROPE was formed as a direct result of the success achieved in South Africa from where the SMSS system was developed and implemented after almost 2 years of research and development. The founder and CEO, Derek Botes of SMSS SA identified an enormous opportunity in the market, relating to service levels in the consumer industry.
