Bulletin: I would love to speak with you, however, at this time I am working almost full-time with hospitals nationwide providing resilience training for healthcare workers. Snowbird Consulting offers coaching and training to individuals and corporations. We coach and train from a Positive Psychology perspective . Determining, then leveraging, a person's strengths to overcome the disabling forces in their lives.We must learn a new way to think before we can discover a new way to be. My focus is on thinking with realistic optimism, sometimes called flexible optimism. This is hopefulness which creates resilience.My role is coaching/teaching. I am not a licensed professional counselor, (LPC). I have two strategic partners who are licensed therapists.
