Guidance and support is provided with respect to nutrition, lifestyle, environment, psycho-social and emotional health using evidence based, integrative applications in oncology.Patient/Caregiver OutcomesPatients and Caregivers will:* Feel more equipped to communicate effectively with their health care team, with those at home, with colleagues and other supporters;* Know how to talk with children about cancer;* Save the time and effort required doing research;* Feel supported by the knowledge and experience of someone who is trained and who has experienced cancer first hand;* Learn coping skills;* Have the knowledge and tools to help reduce their stress;* Have evidence based information about lifestyle practices to help with their healing;* Understand thoughts and feelings associated with the cancer process;* Have a skilled supportive care person available to them at their time of need;* Have a plan for moving forward after completing treatment.
