Review of Management Systems to ensure conformance to ISO or GDP requirements and alignment with management objectives and operational processes. Review Customer Quality Agreements and complete gap analysis. Assist organizations in achieving ISO certification, conduct mock audits for preparation, participate during certification and Customer audits, help resolve nonconformances, conduct Supplier audits.
