We believe the psychological elements of the player, coach, parent and sport are vital. We believe that strengthening your mind is as important as strengthening your skill, tactics and athleticism. That's why our mission is to train the most underutilized competitive edge in sports, the MIND, transforming the mindset and elevating the wellbeing of athletes, coaches and parents. Mental strength gives athletes control, purpose, perseverance and performance enhancement. Soccer Resilience offers workshops, webinars, keynote speaking and one-on-one coaching. The Soccer Resilience team includes a World Cup Champion, Jessica McDonald, a MLS Cup Champion, Wells Thompson, a 20-year licensed psychologist, Dr. Brad Miller, an 18-year NCAA Division 1 Head Coach, Matt Spear, and more. As former NCAA players who love the sport of soccer, we all wish we'd invested more in mental training. We've experienced the joys of soccer, and also struggled with stress and performance anxiety as players. This is why we're so passionate about helping you strengthen your resilience on the pitch, and in all of life! Through uniquely tailored team, coach and club workshops, we help players, coaches and parents learn how to develop the mentality that's crucial for growth and improvement.
