The Society of Indian Radiation Therapy Technologist is an all India organization duly registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 with primary focus on educational and research activities in the field of radiation therapy. The specific aims and objectives of the association shall be:to strengthen and develop the field of radiation therapy;to organised the radiotherapy technologists working in India;to provide a forum for the development, interchange and dissemination of innovation and good practice in the field of radiation therapy in India;to represent the interests of the radiation therapy technologist community within medical field and before government policymakers;to facilitate communication, liaison and collaboration with other appropriate private, government bodies and organisations at national as well as international level;to promote and carry out, or assist in promoting and carrying out research, surveys and investigations, and publish the useful results thereof through quality research journal of the association;to organize or assist in organizing meetings, lectures, annual professional conference and publish or assist in publishing reports, periodicals, recordings, books or other documents or information;If you subscribe to our society's aims and objectives and wish to contribute in taking it to new heights, we would be very happy to welcome you as a valued member of our society.
