The Society of Spain is an independent non-profit organization based in Washington, D.C. that seeks to increase mutual understanding and cooperation between Spain and the United States. To achieve this, the organization builds bridges and partnerships with other organizations and businesses to help increase awareness and understanding of Spain and the U.S. and their respective cultures. The Society of Spain is guided by the strong belief that a better understanding of our common cultural legacy and an increased appreciation of each other's uniqueness will establish more ways for both countries to engage culturally, socially and economically.
