Our mission at SOE Homes is to provide outstanding housing for young people leaving care. Our experienced staff work with patience, respect and passionate about the wellbeing and life chances of the young people we serve. We work diligently and with respect to all stakeholders to ensure that our young people know that they are creative agents for their own futures.Working with local authorities, we provide 24/7 staffed supported accommodation to young persons aged 16+. All supported accommodation units offered are packaged with value added education, mentoring and enrichment activities supporting their journey to independent living.We centre ourselves around the young person and do everything within our power to meet their individual needs. In order to do this we work closely with local authorities to create the right care plan and ensure that our systems and protocols a rigorous enough to understand the changing needs of our young person. We provide short-term crisis intervention as well as long-term placements.
