We serve individuals and small companies. We go to customer site and conduct computer maintenance while training the customer how to perform the tasks themselves. We provide the service on a regular schedule if the customer performs. Software Savvy troubleshoots and corrects problems found the first time through. We charge a 1-hour minimum of $40 to $50 for each visit. Software Savvy provides telephone support and task-specific assistance. For instance, if the customer needs to create tables, tutorials can be conducted at the customer site.
