This user-friendly utility identifies the metadata components within your documents, generates detailed reports of that metadata, and then "cleans" the documents before sending them out. Documents can be cleaned and e-mailed in either a standard Microsoft application or PDF file format. Integration with Hummingbird's and Interwoven's document management programs is supported. The Administrative module enables central management of the product and establishment of enterprise standards, using a simple GUI.
