The mission of Solenopsis Distillery is to provide unique and superior "grain to glass" bourbon, rye, and whiskey products that represent the spirit of Central Texas. Connected to the distillery will be an event center that will become a premier destination for weddings, banquets and events. The distillery and event center will be located on a large plot of land in Lockhart Texas allowing easy access to customers from both the Austin and San Antonio areas.
