Solid is a full service, national, general contractor. Staff members are devoted to each project from start to finish, diligently overseeing budget, scheduling, progression and completion. Unwavering in our commitment to safety, our strong health and safety department protects all parties throughout a project.\\Solid's initial operations in Ontario consisted of six people and a handful of trades with a vision. Success focused, goal oriented, and intentionally unconventional, we rapidly made a name for ourselves in the industry. As the demand for our services grew, we hired individuals that shared our vision. Immediately, each person took ownership for his or her role in the company, and responsibility for the success of every project. Within a year our office grew to a staff of 20, and further expanded to 36 employees in year two. Nine years in, we have developed a strong presence in seven provinces, without compromising our people-first mentality. \\Dare to be different. At Solid we embrace the unconventional.
