Owner Josh Wagner is a literary buff (and published author under the name J. R. Wagner). Solomon Caw is a character from the book, The Little White Bird, Adventures in Kensington Garden by J. M. Barrie. The same author who penned Peter Pan. Wagner's love for obscure literary references and fascination with both the character's name as well as the character himself led him to name the company Solomon Caw. Several characteristics drew Wagner to the character. Wisdom, generosity (Solomon Caw took in Peter Pan), 'But the best thing Solomon had done was to teach him to have a glad heart.'.
