Dr. Melo has experience treating individuals with substance use disorders from adolescence through adulthood providing opioid and alcohol medication-assisted treatment, at-home detox, and opioid addiction treatment in pregnancy. Frank Melo, MD graduated from the University of Florida College of Health and Human Performance, earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciencias Médicas in Costa Rica, and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Minnesota Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Family Medicine.
