These include prefabricated EcoHomes, Multi-family Dwellings, High-Rise Buildings, Workforce Housing, Schools, Clinics, Commercial Buildings, Environmentally-Sustainable Planning & Design, Advanced Coatings, Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and Helical Pier Foundations. These buildings are designed and manufactured to be rapidly assembled while significantly mitigating the risk of human errors in each process. The Company's unique and innovative EcoLiving Building System (EBS) is design independent and consistently produces high quality living solutions at a low-cost while still delivering on durability, suitability and reliability. Solterra Ventures is currently developing community-scale projects in several communities in the Eagle Ford Shale Play area of Southwest Texas, throughout Nova Scotia, Canada and within the nations of West Africa. The Company is also developing commercial and residential projects in the City of Houston and schools throughout the State of Texas.
