SOLUTION's for WOMEN (a non-profit organization) is committed to the empowerment of womens. Our goal is to support and connect women with resources that will uplift, inspire and create increased esteem through emotional wellness and education. PHILOSOPHY AND VALUESEmpowerment and esteem: We believe in an empowerment approach that encourages group, peer support. Knowledge is power and so is wisdom. People have a tendency to receive information better from someone who has and can share their first-hand experience and use it as a tool to strengthen another. Support: We believe that support, is of the utmost importance. You cannot accomplish anything alone, therefore we all must "walk the road of life together" regardless of what phase we are in. There is always something another peer can support you with. Life Skills: Without adequate life skills, it is difficult to maintain a comfortable and satisfactory lifestyle for women and their families. Our goal is to empower women so that their self-esteem is boosted and for them to be confident enough to become equipped with the skills to live. It is also essential to provide meaningful programs that empower people to move forward in their lives.Expanding our Reach : Solutions for Women is meant to me a networking stepping stone in which participants build character, confidence to create positive and healthy change in their lives.
