Stephanie has a knack for connecting dots, ideas and people – making her a gifted thought-partner and coach for boards, companies and leadership teams who are navigating big, ugly, messy problems and challenges. Our focus areas: Strategy: While some consultants have a standard process, we've found that strategic planning means something different to each organization, so we design a custom process to help you figure out where you are, where you want to (or should be going) and how best to get there – leveraging your opportunities and working through your challenges.Governance: At the board or ownership team level, governance entails oversight of mission, vision, strategy and risk – with people issues frequently central to decisions. We design board retreats (including custom white paper research) and help management teams navigate the management-board boundary (often using dashboards & metrics as a concrete frame to negotiate the boundary). Execution: After strategic priorities are outlined, there can be challenges with execution – often with a root cause in communication (are the priorities are clear to the entire organization) or capabilities (does the organization have what is required to execute the strategy at the organizational or individual level). We act as a neutral, external sounding board and honest broker to help boards and leadership teams articulate and address these challenges.
