This website is dedicated to helping visitors solve their sleep problems. I've created this site to provide readers with a single accessible location where you will find information on and solutions for the major types of sleep disorders, including the many varieties of dyssomnias, hypersomnias and parasomnias. By visiting this site often readers will understand the physiology of their sleep disorder. They will learn how these disorders affect women, children and seniors, differently. They will also be exposed to the various strategies for curing or, at least, ameliorating the effects of these disorders. Both traditional and non-traditional treatments will be explored. There are opportunities for readers to comment and to participate in forums to discuss experiences with disorders and with treatments. Ultimately, this site is dedicated to guiding the reader in solving their sleep problem. This site, however, is no substitute for the advice and guidance of a physician or health care provider. Hopefully, this site will serve, at least in a modest way, to equip the reader with a more informed role in helping to solve his or her sleep problem.
