At Somm Demand, we believe that wine — and wine knowledge — should be accessible to anyone, regardless of expertise or resources. We aim to create an inclusive space that promotes education, where anyone can feel empowered to explore their palate and the vast world of wine without fear of judgement. Currently, we focus primarily on virtual group tastings (due to the pandemic). By late 2021, early 2022, we will offer a virtual subscription consultation service. This service will be linked to an individual wine profile, so users can track and rate all of the wines sourced, shipped, and consumed from Somm Demand.
