We are an Ecuadorian-based hospitality group driven to create best-in-class experiences around Ecuadorian culture and environment. Our first project is a restaurant in the heart of Quito, Ecuador, serving contemporary Ecuadorian cuisine based on locally available ingredients and globally-inspired techniques. The chef team has local roots and has trained and operated in world-class settings, including: Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, Guy Savoy's 3-Star Michelin restaurant and Alan Ducasse's 3-Star Michelin restaurant in Paris, DinnerLab, Feastly, Eatwith and Zesty in San Francisco, California, USA.
