SOM Studio is an architecture workshop conceived as a manifesto of conversion towards the exercise of a sensitive architecture, as a place that tends to gather a series of human values, of goodness, of companionship, of sincere discussion, a space where exploration is infinite, where a good idea has its origin in any creative mind, a place that arouses passion and permanent love for the re-creation of environments that still do not become reality. SOM Studio is a platform open to the world of restless minds, ready to listen to everyone, a free space for multidisciplinary participation with the ultimate goal of making our world a better place.SOM Studio bases its exercise around a deep research that allows delimiting an adequate communication among the client, the creative team and the challenge posed, through formal, programmatic, environmental, material and aesthetic explorations and of each factor immersed in the design process. SOM Studio does not fit into a single path; on the contrary, it opens its interest in the constant search for alternatives that permit reaching the objectives set, SOM Studio conceives Architecture as a propeller of social and cultural changes, that awakens feelings and emotions as part of a sustainable development that transcends the limits and reach states proper to human dreams.
