Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos is an antiracist, countywide, and continuous-improvement effort to connect all people in Sonoma County to the resources they want and need to be resilient. Funded with support from ACEs Aware and the California Office of the Surgeon General, Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos is an open collaborative structure that is designed to encourage active and broad community participation and to prevent, address and heal adverse childhood experiences. It is directed by an Incubation Team that includes many leading county entities to help establish equitable and effective processes and structures.
