It means that where there is a need to enhance and optimize the use of resources, be they tangible, such as water or fuels, or intangible assets such as time and experience, our DSS allows us to define the best strategy, for to optimize their use predictively, building the plan of actions most appropriate to the context in which one operates. A plan that is monitored and updated in real time.The first application of our DSS is dedicated to the management of water in agriculture.It's called Ploovium (www.ploovium.com) and is an app for smart irrigation, a system that foresees the hydric behavior of the soil five days in advance,with a precision normally higher than 99%.Thanks to Ploovium (ForumPA2017 award for the "Best Intelligent Italian Agriculture Project") it is possible to know with extreme precision when to irrigate and how much water to give, in order to have the maximum saving of water and resources related to irrigation, save crops and maximize the output.
