Mission Statement:To teach, empower, assist, and mentor healthcare professionals through their Critical Incident Stress.Who are we?SOS Peer Rescue Team: A group of dedicated highly trained volunteers, both men and women, from various heath care disciplines.SOS Crew Rescue: A privately owned and operated business that offers consulting and educational opportunities to inform organizations of the many advantages and necessity of building their own Critical Incident Stress Management Team.What do we offer?SOS Peer Rescue Team: Our Team is available to all Atlantic, Cape, and Ocean County health care organizational staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. (We also assist the NJ State CISM Team for fire, police, and EMS outreach whenever needed). Our Team responds to all requests within our scope of practice to assist staff members that have experienced a Critical Incident. Whether with a group or on a 1:1 basis, our Team is always willing to help.SOS Crew Rescue: Our business portion offers a one-hour presentation to anyone expressing the desire to learn more about Critical Incident Stress Management and how it benefits their facility.After the initial visit, we offer a 3 day class to professionally educate staff in Critical Incident Stress Management and assist the organization in developing their own hospital based Team.SOS Peer Rescue Team: Our Peer Rescue Team is always offered free of charge
