Soul Care is a day retreat center located in Urbana, IL that provides a convenient way for people to practice spiritual wellness in everyday life. It's a heart-centered community for spiritual practitioners and seekers to connect in a peaceful and welcoming environment. We offer learning opportunities, guidance and resources for those needing more self-care and soul care intheir lives.Soul Care believes in the power of rest, reflection and living with authenticity. We have created a warm, welcoming space for discovery and transformation, whether it is through group workshops, individual or small group retreats, or guided journaling and meditation. With a focus on hospitality and partnerships, we have created a community of acceptance, gratitude andpersonal growth.We are dedicated to providing a variety of mindfully-designed experiences to help connect with self, others, and the divine. Classes and workshops, personal and group retreats, appointment-based services for mind/body/spirit wellness (massage, spiritual direction, coaching,reiki, etc.), space for stillness and rest, and memberships linking a supportive community are offered. Area groups and businesses can also rent space for private events, workshops, and retreats. This is all done in a relaxed, serene setting.All are welcome at Soul Care, whether they are engaged with a specific faith community or see themselves as spiritual but not religious. We invite people of all genders, ages, life experiences, identities, faiths, and backgrounds.
