We specialize in immersive learning experiences.• Co-design and facilitation of RMIT's Executive and Senior Leader "Be Ready" Leadership experience, a learning experience, connecting 1600+ leaders across the business to RMIT's new strategy and personal leadership practices to build into their everyday ways of working.• Designed and Facilitated a series of immersive Leadership experiences where RMIT leaders would spend a day in another Industry organization (eg: Boeing, Pearson Publishing, Aurecon, Department of Defence, CSIRO and ACMI Museum), learning from peer leaders exploring practical techniques of how to lead beyond your authority and influence.• Executive coaching provided to RMIT's Activator leadership team and start up entreprenuers, turning their idea into a viable business. Coaching helps leaders focus on how I show up in every interaction in my personal leadership practice and how I lead my team to have to have greater performance and presence in the marketplace.• Reshaping REA Group's values and designing a series of leader led workshops, for 200+ leaders to embed values into ways of working throughout the end to end people and customer experiences.• Facilitation of of NAB's Drive Leadership program exposing 2500 Business Bankers to how growth mindset and mindfulness can develop deeper customer relationships, improving perspective taking and decision making in business.• Part of a consortium that designed a 3 day leadership program for Telstra's top 1200 Executive Leaders building capability in agility for how leaders connect with their purpose and practice.
