Our founders Adam Rosante and Mike Scalere are award-winning, TV network executives who opened Soul Kitchen Creative in 2015. What feels like several lifetimes ago, they started at the bottom of the production ladder and worked their way up to the top of the executive food chain. Hungry for more, they opened up their own agency. This 2.0 life gives them the opportunity to work with a wide and diverse range of clients. As former execs, they know what it's like to be on the inside. They know how important it is to create a culture of employees who are masters of their craft, but even more importantly bring the right mindset to a company. Good vibes, only.
