As a Certified Energy Medicine Practitioner, I work together with my client to track and then balance the bodies energies for optimal health and wellness. I work with subtle energies via the meridians, chakra's and 6 other energy systems to determine the possible causes of physical and emotional symptoms as well as treat the underlying causes. Everyone can move energy. I teach my clients how to work with their energy systems and take charge of their physical and emotional health. Some issues addressed are depression, anxiety, insomnia, migraines, support for autoimmune disorders, cancer, addictions and issues relating to hormones.I also use Usui Reiki energy that is a holistic, non-invasive stress reduction and relaxation therapy that supports and nurtures us physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki is used in conjunction with traditional medical care or as stand-alone treatments.
