The Sourdough Cob is a joint venture between Chef Ruben & Mignionne Fernandes.Ruben has over 18 years of experience as a chef, having worked as a Chef De Cuisine for 5 star resorts & luxury hotel brands namely the Four Seasons (9+ years) in Maldives and India, Hyatt, Marriott amongst others.The Sourdough Cob was born out of a passion for creating artisanal bread using the best of Australian produce to get the best of each and every ingredient that make memories for customers and keeps them coming back for more! From artisanal sourdough bread to fancy themed cakes to a repertoire of cuisines largely comprising of contemporary fine dining, Italian, Japanese, French, Asian, Arabic, Indian and Australian; you can be sure of quality, pizazz and some mind-blowing amazing food.
