South Coast Psychiatry is a practice with highly trained psychiatrists and therapists offering medication management, psychotherapy and warm support for patients in Orange County. Our doctors not only work to address your medication needs but they also specialize in individual therapy with adults, adolescents and couples to help support you and your family through the changes of life. Typical psychiatrists only spend a brief amount of time with their patients. However, it is unlikely that significant positive changes can take place in this manner. In mental-health care, having the time to make change happen is a necessity, not a luxury. At South Coast Psychiatry, we are different. We are a "concierge-style" practice, which means that unlike other providers, our doctors offer extended appointment times (30, 60 or 90 minutes), and they are also personally available to patients by phone or by e-mail outside the normal appointment hours. This allows patients time to think and process what has been discussed in the therapy appointments, and continue to engage in the process of learning and growing. Our administrative team is also here to serve you. Whether in person at our beautiful offices, on the phone seeking help or addressing your supportive care needs, our office will attend to you just like you are family. At South Coast Psychiatry our doctors have been trained at world-renown schools including Harvard, UCLA, Cedars Sinai and UCSF.
