At present, the company subcontracts its carpentry and site management services to other builders, trades and owner builders. However this will change after registration as a building practitioner to include construction of new homes, renovations, developments and other projects.South East Constructions (VIC) Pty Ltd aspires to be a major and reputable boutique domestic builder within Melbourne, and eventually the State of Victoria. Our aim is to deliver products and services that are of a superior quality and professional workmanship.
