SECCCA is an alliance of nine councils in the southeast of Victoria committed to a coordinated regional response to climate change. We support our member councils and their communities to respond and adapt to the effects of climate change through high-quality, innovative projects and research programs at the regional level.SECCCA exists to advocate, educate and deliver regional climate change projects that benefit over one million residents in southeast Victoria. We have a vision for thriving, sustainable and resilient communities, driven by a zero emission economy.
