Our core skills are in the manufacture and/or design of bespoke metal works & components for the Architectural, Civil Engineering, Transport, Agricultural equipment along with Seafood Harvesting & Processing equipment. Core manufacturing capabilities: • Production of flat or folded sheet metal components such as equipment chassis, cases, brackets and piece part components. • Production of lathe and milled turned components such as bosses, spacers, rings and threaded components. • Assemblies and sub-assemblies which require welding and/or hand assembly operations. • Partnerships which enable the production of more complex machined components manufactured from metals or plastics. Design capabilities• In-house Design Engineer - 3D & 2D CAD software (Solidworks).• Ability to design, develop and manufacture products to fit our customer's requirement.• Ability to convert & interrogate customers own technical data from all major CAD packages, to manufacture components or kits.
