We are a large Surrey-based Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Partnership established in 2017 when the LABC teams at Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead and Tandridge councils joined together. LABC is the only national building control service delivering impartial, professional advice and our network totals over 3,500 technically qualified members.Our own team of building control surveyors and structural engineers have a wealth of combined professional experience and in-depth building knowledge. We provide a modern, responsive competitively-priced service and work with you through the building control process offering initial concept, pre-application advice through to successful completion. In the last few years we have enjoyed working with some of the best architects and contractors, many through the LABC Partner Authority Scheme. We are proud to have jointly won several LABC SE Awards for outstanding projects, ranging from residential, healthcare and education projects to complex commercial/housing development schemes.Southern BCP can offer structural warranties through LABC Warranty and has been both the winner and finalist of the LABC Warranty Bricks & Mortar Partnership Award in 2016 and 2019 in recognition of our successful working relationship. Seven of our senior surveyors are also LABC Fire Safety Specialists, fully qualified to work on high risk and complex buildings.In 2018 we were awarded ISO9001 in recognition of how important we consider quality in all aspects of our business. We invest in the latest technology and are continually refining our processes, whilst ensuring the continued professional development of our team and that we provide the highest levels of customer service.
