Located in the historic town of Trinidad, Colorado, the SCRT is southern Colorado's theatrical jewel. It produces a professional summer season, a year-round resident season, and youth-oriented programs throughout the year.Our mission is to bring diverse entertainment and cultural enrichment to our local area and southern Colorado as a whole. We seek to provide a link between the educational and artistic elements of our city and provide education and performance opportunities for local residents of all ages. While serving as an anchor to our continual downtown renovation, the SCRT strives to bolster the local economy by bringing tourism to Trinidad and reinvigorate our local pride.
