We serve all of our meals and party catering events out of a beautiful and authentic vintage 1953 Chevy truck (known as ‘Belle'). Our all-weather awning comes out and we set-up beautiful reclaimed-wood service tables to provide a quaint, fully-operative set-up - flowers included. No need to provide us with a kitchen — we bring our own! With a full-size Mugnani Valoriani® wood-fired pizza oven and craft brew taps.SEASONAL FOODS AND THE BEST INGREDIENTSSouthern Crust Catering is here to provide the best-quality appetizers, salads, pizzas, desserts, and drinks for your special event. We live by a less-is-more philosophy and our award-winning pies start with the world's best Caputo '00 flour and San Marzano tomato sauce (all imported directly from Italy)...or our original white sauce or fan-favorite pesto sauce. We then top our signature pies with a refined selection of fresh greens, vegetables or fruits and a range of cheeses and meat or meatless options. Sweet or Savory - we have incredible options to satisfy every attendee including Gluten Free options.
