A Higher Standard for Petroleum Products in Africa.The project comprises the construction of a world class 120 000 bpd Crude Oil Refinery to produce refined products complying with Euro 5 standards. The construction of the Refinery, as well its concomitant infrastructure, encompasses, inter alia, a Single Buoy Mooring (SBM), various storage facilities and a Multi-Product Pipeline to transport refined product from the refinery location in Mozambique through Swaziland into South Africa.Southern Petroleum, SA (owned by South African Muvoni Investment Holdings) has received the relevant authorization from the Minister of the Mineral Resources and Energy of Republic of Mozambique to commence preparatory work for the development a Crude Oil Refinery within the limits of the newly established Industrial Free Zone of the Ponta Techobanine area.Southern Petroleum and the MIH group aspires to become a dynamic, innovative, admired and successful black owned and managed Investment Company.
