We are proud members of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, where we participate in continuing education to help keep us up to date with appraisal techniques and the market in the western United States. The American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA) is the largest professional association for rural property land experts, boasting over 2100 members in 31 chapters throughout the United States. ASFMRA's Appraisers represent individuals who have taken additional training beyond what is required, in order to gain specialized expertise in appraising rural and agricultural properties. We are familiar with complex appraisal situations including appraising poultry facilities, dairies and greenhouses.
