About UsSouthwest Arizona Human Resource Association (SAHRA) became an affiliate chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Yuma, AZ in 2004 and was the first Chapter to be chartered under SHRM's national membership affiliation guidelines.100% of SAHRA members are also members of SHRM.Our MissionPromote the use of sound and ethical human resource management practices in the profession; to adhere to and monitor standards for the profession and to provide high quality, dynamic and responsive programs and services to our members.Our FocusProviding education, resources, and networking opportunities with other Human Resources professionals in the Southwest Arizona area to advance the profession of human resources.
