I believe it is our responsibility to increase the opportunities in our minority communities to be part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem as an engine for social, economic and development mobility.It's this feeling of opportunity that led me to create "Soy Emprendedor" (I am an Entrepreneur) - empower our youth with a true growth mindset. We open their minds to the world of entrepreneurship and show them their true potential - breaking the glass ceilings."Enriching the Creative and Entrepreneurial Mindset" is just the first step to develop the possibilities of each mind and heart that is part of this program. We have a lot to do and this is just the beginning of a dream of someone who grew up in a small community in Mexico. Be part of the real change, inspiring one student at a time.Our ProgramsInCubo (Proyecto Piranha)This is a 5-month series that teaches how to foster the entrepreneurial and creative mindset. Over the course of the program, each student thinks of an idea, develops a concept, builds the presentation and presents it to a group of Winston-Salem entrepreneurs for the culmination of the program. To make it even more practical and encouraging, they present to a panel of judges, SharkTank style!
