I've been helping businesses and organizations in Saratoga and Capital Region for 10 years, using my experience and knowledge to free entrepreneurs and managers to do what they do best, while we take care of the nuts and bolts.I have a Bachelors of Science in Business and Economics from SUNY, with specialist component accounting courses from Harvard Business School, and a Masters of Science from Southern New Hampshire University in Accounting, specializing in Forensic Accounting and Fraud detection.My philosophy for helping people in business is:• Simplify and Organize: Over complicating our lives and business with burdensome systems will slow us down and make us less effective and ultimately less profitable.• Goals and Intentions: Knowing where we want to go helps us achieve our goals and creating a road map gets us there faster and leaner.• One size does not fit all: What works for one person may not work for another. Work out which system works for you.• Mindful Finances: Being mindful and remaining calm and rational helps us make effective and thoughtful financial decisions.• I am not my business: Whilst we are clearly a major part of our business it is important to keep our personal finances separate from our business finances.• Utilize the science of business: Accountants and Bookkeepers are business scientists. By using their skills and knowledge we can see where we are, where we want to be and how to get there.
