Spa Space launched beta testing Fall 2020 at select resort spas throughout the southeast and demonstrated a reduction of fixed labor expense by up to 60%, increased recruitment of tenured therapists, and improved guest satisfaction. Due to significant interest from resort facilities, waiting lists are full through May and next available launch date for new resort spas is June 14, 2021. Spa Space is the first and only complete spa operations solution based on personalization inputs that trigger our patent pending matching algorithm to provide real time reservations with expert therapists. Spa Space provides contactless check in/check out, automates payments, scheduling, staffing, and increases utilization of treatment rooms.
