Space Planning Consultants assists corporate real estate brokers and their clients lease spaces by providing Test Fit and Marketing Plans that creatively meet their space planning needs. Our staff is comprised of local design professionals with a clear understanding of Boston's unique needs and challenges. All designers posses a minimum B.S. of Interior Design or Architecture and have demonstrated exceptional space planning skills. We all understand the profound impact a well-designed space can have on a building's occupants and are passionate about Interior Design. All Test Fit plans are vetted for code-compliance prior to being released back to the client and include all typical information: USF and/or RSF, your logo, your client's logo, and an easy to read and comprehensive color-coded programming matrix right on the plan.
