Spacedox , a cloud based service, specializes in providing enterprise electronic document review tools to the construction industry. This standalone collaborative tool set allows multiple stakeholders to work on (view/markup/measure/etc.) the same set of plans concurrently, are specifically designed to increase productivity. Plans are submitted online 24/7 and available immediately to multiple stakeholders. Spacedoxs' public portal provides a quick efficient way to submit documents that are immediately accessable to all stakeholders with internet service. The system can automatically name and version documents and provides multiple ways to compare versions at a glance. Spacedox installations are quick (less than a week) and stand alone but can be integrated with existing permitting software. Typical ramp up/training time for a reviewer is 2 weeks.
